Check-out is at 10:00 AM Pets allowed with approval. Must be leashed when outside No smoking inside the home. No parties or events. Please clean dishes and food in the timely manner. No food or drinks in the bedroom. Turn AC/Heating up or down when leaving Please close all windows & doors and the lock the house when leaving. If you use candles, only use them in the living room, kitchen area and put them out when leaving the premise. Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. We do our best to make sure every guest has the best stay here as possible

You will have the whole house to yourself with easy access to everything in the area. Private Driveway with enough parking for 4 vehicles. Easy access with front entry and door locking codes (codes changed after each visit), so no keys are necessary. Walking distance to an authentic Mexican restaurant, Little Caesar pizza, Waffle House, Nail Salon, Bojangles. Very Short drive to CVS, Burger King, DQ, Liquor Store, Chinese Food, Food Lion, QT Gas.

I loved this home! Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal (even though we didn’t have time for that)! Loved having the washer/dryer to wash my college kid’s clothes. Very convenient location to the Clemson campus. Clean, comfortable, and inviting!!

Our stay at Bob's house was excellent! Bob is extremely responsive to any questions and proactive to provide information. The house was very clean and just like the pictures and description. The gas fireplace was so easy to use with a flip of a switch and the outdoor firepit and gas grill came in handy. The back yard to terrific and fenced in so if you have pet it is perfect. It is also located very near Clemson University less then 10 minutes. There are also restaurants in walking distance. The house was spacious and had all of the amenities needed. I would highly highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again when we are in town.

Bob is a terrific host. He is an excellent communicator, he is very helpful, he is accommodative, and it is most evident that he wants his guests to relax and enjoy the time while staying in his home, & all. His lovely property is very easy to find, it is in an area that seems very safe. Folks in the neighborhood seemed comfortable walking & running and being out and about. The house is clean, spacious, and there were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Parking is off the street with easy access. The home's backyard is fenced, roomy, and pretty, and is an excellent place to enjoy the patio. If you need groceries, drug store, etc., access to these are close by. There are excellent restaurants in the areas of Pendleton and Clemson, as well as quaint areas to visit, and shop. Driving into beautiful Downtown Greenville, and/or to the airports by Highways or Interstate seem to be quite quick and very easy to maneuver. We would highly recommend Bob's place as a place to stay and enjoy.

We rented Robert’s place for my daughter’s graduation. It was very spacious. There were six of us and we didn’t feel crammed in at all. Robert thought of everything needed for amenities. The house was very clean. He was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay again if we ever came back to the area.

We were in town for a Clemson football game we arrived on Thursday and was able to take a short ride to Greenville for the day on Friday then attended the game on Saturday. This house was conveniently located and Robert was a pleasure to deal with.

Robert’s Place is a great stay in the Clemson area! It is nicely furnished, roomy, and very clean. Perfect for families coming in for football games! Would definitely stay there again.
