This house was well equipped, but not with too much 'stuff'.
The 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom set up worked well with our 6 adults to stay.
The ability to grill out was a bonus.
The house was perfectly clean and ready for our stay.
When we left one item behind (but we were still in Pendleton) Robert was attentive to working with us so that we could retrieve it. He was a perfect host!

We have been staying at Robert’s place for four years now while my daughter was a student at Clemson. We won’t stay anywhere else. His home is a accommodating of our large family, clean and located a perfect distance from Clemson.

This place was great for a family weekend at a Clemson game. The place was clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfy too! Very quiet neighborhood and enough space to hang out. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed this new and clean 5-bedroom / 3 bathroom house! It was a great house for our family attending a wedding in Anderson. The house layout worked well, and included two small living areas, a small grill, and a fire pit. We highly recommend, and would certainly enjoy staying here again!

Robert was very responsive and easy to contact if we ever had any issues. Super friendly and very understanding that accidents sometimes happen especially when you have kids. Highly recommend.
